I would like to take this opportunity to thank Finance Wales for their support in giving us a loan to enable us to continue with our refurbishment on our hotel.

We own a Victorian Hotel situated on the Esplanade in Tenby. When we purchased the property 4 years ago our aim was to turn the hotel from a two star coaching hotel to a 4 star. This programme is continuing and we are extremely grateful to Finance Wales for all their help and assistance enabling us to go forward.

With the situation that the country has been in, times have been tough and whilst banks have been holding back it has been encouraging to receive the loan from FW.

We would again like to thank FW for their support and encouragement.
